From two Aggies working out of their homes and pick-up trucks, Coleman & Patterson has expanded to include offices in College Station, Madisonville, Conroe, and Burleson, TX, 16 licensed professionals, and the #6 United Country office in the US out of over 500 offices. The most exciting accomplishment however, is the addition of Mr. Bret Richards as business partner and Director of Operations. Bret also an Aggie, brings a wealth of knowledge with more than a decade of experience in a similar position with a national real estate firm where he managed the sales process of 50,000+ real estate properties.
