It has a 12 x 18 attached porch overlooking the lake, perfect for a family gathering. It comes with the grill, porch furniture, washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. There is a dug well that has never gone dry, a paved driveway, and in ground basket ball hoop. Let yourself enjoy the 100 ft. frontage on Hogan Pond while sitting on your floating dock system or beach. You may enjoy going through the channel to access Whitney Pond with your canoe, kayak, or motor boat. Your family will love the summer fun this camp offers.
