This huge, 2.5 acre parcel is being sold mostly as an investment, but I have been told that people who own land in this area are allowed to come out for recreational and hunting purposes. I do not know any details on this, but "locals" may know. I have priced it as an Extremely affordable buy and hold investment. This tract is part of University Highlands, a development that was never completed. Access for camping, etc would be a bonus. This property is part of my Investment Acreage Program. A lot that has been hand picked for its investment potential. It is not “buildable” at this time. You cannot put a mobile home on it or live in an RV on it. You cannot use it for storage, as a parking lot or anything similar.
