NOTE: 0.5 acre lots may now be buildable. You can combine these two lots to have a property large enough for a residence with a conventional septic system. You can also choose to keep them as two separate half acre lots. Properties that are too small for a conventional septic system may now be buildable using advanced treatment systems or other options. To determine whether a property smaller than of an acre can qualify for a residential build, please consult a liquid waste professional regarding the specific property that you are considering for purchase.
