The lot is located 15 minutes from the Deming City limits; less than 30 minutes from Walmart and Deming City Airport. You will find restaurants, recreation and all the amenities in Deming City.
The drive to El Paso, Texas is less than two hours away from Deming.
The security deposit/down payment is $300 and it can be paid by PayPal. You have the option to finance and pay short installments.
