This may look like it's been on the market a while, but I updated an old listing and was put on the market in January 2023. This lot is 4.1 acres. They have Views of the Sequatchie Valley and the Blue Ridge Mountains in East Tennessee, North Carolina and North Georgia. I know of no place in this area with this kind of view. The lots are true bluff lots, and you own the area below the bluff so you can keep the view. This area is a once in a lifetime find. Lot 9 is available for $169,000. A builder could put 4 bluff lot houses on the two lots since the restrictions say they can be divided into 2 acre lots. Check out the maps to see the pieces. You are about 10 miles to Dunlap or Soddy Daisy and about 20 to Chattanooga. Lot 9 is mostly flat and 10 slopes downhill slightly so it would be a good place for a house with a walk out basement. There is an area you could put a small pond. The area has fiber optic, and the other counties are finishing up now. The was supposed to be a subdivision but all the lots were bought up by a few people and most have large acreage there so not may houses. There are some restrictions, but no HOA Check out the maps under files to get a look at the area. You can access both lots through the gate on lot 10. The road up the hill says private but that is the correct road to go to the bluff. Underground power is available, and the seller has checked on running it with the power company and no problems. It may be possible to owner finance these a large down payment.
